Friendliness, comfort, cleanliness, excellent food, BBC World TV, Wi-LAN connection in room, picturesque location
We had a room under the eaves of the hotel. It was very elegantly furnished, but the low height of the ceiling over the bed made it difficult to sit comfortably to read or watch tv in bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not alot of english spoken, but the staff did everything they could to help us. (and they didn't mind our very poor german!!) Restaurant on site is great. very close to Seiffen, where we shopped all day.

Spent an amazing Christmas at this cozy hotel in a charming village nestled in the beautiful Ore Mountains. Enjoyed the delicious food with great options for meat-lovers and vegetarians alike. The snowy surroundings and lovely walks made it an unforgettable experience. The staff's welcoming and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the stay.
Despite the wonderful experience overall, there was a bit of confusion over the restaurant's seating policy which was aimed at prioritizing locals. We understood the need to empower local communities but felt that the policy was somewhat inflexible.

Loved staying at this cozy hotel in a picturesque village. the food was simply amazing, with a great variety of dishes to choose from and perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and took lovely walks nearby. the staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with great service.
It would have been great if there were more vegetarian options available at breakfast; however, everything was fresh and tasty.
